At just £12 for EA registered runners (£14 for non-EA runners) what have you got to lose? A whole day running with your buddies over some of the best routes in the South (arguably the country). 

The total number of teams we allow is 25 - this is due to parking logistics at each of the changeover points. We would hate for you to miss out, so download your entry pack below and guarantee your team's entry. 

In the entry pack you will also find a timing sheet and a waiver form to be signed by all members of the team. Entrants must be over 17 years of age on the day of the event, or over 20 years for runners attempting more than 2 consecutive legs. We always encourage you to recce the race routes before the event. Due to the nature of the event, dogs, wheelchairs, and baby buggies are not allowed (also part of UKA rules).
